The Movement

 

The ROAR Ottawa conference is just the beginning. Behind the scenes is a group of passionate women who want to give every woman a voice. A chance to grow. The tools to change and get unstuck.

 

They're gathering together other women who feel like they do. Other women who are overcoming their obstacles, who care about the city, who have done the hard work to grow and change from the inside out.

 

Together, these ordinary-yet-inspiring women plan to search for ways to reach out to their sisters. They want to give everyone the tools for change. Every woman deserves a chance to grow into her potential.

 

So, how is this going to happen?

 

It'll begin with a roundtable brainstorming session of local, like-minded women, continue with the ROAR Ottawa conference, and ideally grow into quarterly planning sessions and more annual events.
