About the ROAR Event

The ROAR evening event promises to show participants how to identify their hidden treasures. They will be taught how to use them and to begin living to their fullest potential.

We are delighted that Dianna Kokoszka is coming to Ottawa to be our keynote speaker! She is an expert coach and mentor, and her passion for empowering women and men alike is contagious. Dianna will introduce us to some remarkable local women, and we'll see from their experiences how success is achievable. She'll also give us insight into how overcoming our own challenges is possible and tips on how to seize the opportunities that will arise on our journeys towards achieving our goals.

Dianna will help us identify our thought processes and learn to control them. This special evening will provide women and their supporters with the empowerment and tools necessary to overcome their limitations and achieve their full potential. You are what you think. Learn to channel your thoughts towards positive change. Dianna even talks about how our thoughts affect our brain chemistry.

If you're ready to work towards new results in your life, this event is for you. Use it as a catalyst for accelerated growth. You are valuable, and you have treasure to offer the world.

Whether you're just starting out in a career, deciding what college to attend, thinking of dropping your "job" in exchange for your dream, wanting to grow out of bad habits, looking for ways to encourage your kids or grandkids or neighbours... these techniques will set you on the right path for success. Your outlook is everything.

You will walk away more aware of your thoughts and how they help to create your environment. You will quickly realize that it's not what life gives you, it's what you make of it that counts.

Coming from contribution and being grateful brings success.

Learn that you can count on yourself, and no one succeeds alone.

Learn how to look at yourself in a way that catapults you towards your potential.
You will be limitless and realize you are the one that has been placing the limits upon yourself. Be free now, and reach for the stars.

Reach out. To your community, your friends, your family. For help, for encouragement, for support. Achieve results. Remember, the definition of insanity is doing the same thing but expecting different results.

About ROAR

ROAR was first launched in Phoenix, Arizona earlier this year and is already acclaimed as a ground breaker for individuals aspiring to grow and impact others.  Now, women in Ottawa are embracing the concept of empowering each other through coaching and mentoring.  We have put together an amazing and uniquely Canadian program aimed at conveying the powerful message of encouragement and confidence building.

The Chair of ROAR Ottawa is Jette (Yetta) Dekker, co-owner of the Dekker Team and Keller Williams Solid Rock Realty with her husband Ken. She is honored and excited to bring the inaugural ROAR event to the Nation's Capital.  In Jette's professional and personal life, she has witnessed how, with the proper tools and encouragement, people can achieve amazing positive change in their lives.

The ROAR evening event promises to show participants how to identify their hidden treasures. They will be taught how to use them and to begin living to their fullest potential.
